(a) The information supplied by LIS is copyright. Whilst the information supplied to the customer may be used by the customer, the information may not be reproduced or mirrored in breach of such copyright without the express written permission of LIS.
(b) In particular, and without limiting the generality of paragraph (a), the customer must not store any information supplied by LIS in any form whatsoever, or transmit or on-sell the information. Upon termination of the right to use such information howsoever the Customer shall immediately destroy any copies of information supplied by LIS.
(c) The customer acknowledges that LIS will suffer significant damage as a result of any breach of paragraphs (a) or (b) above.

Information and services are supplied to the customer, strictly on the basis that there will be no refunds made by LIS. That is, once the customer has accessed the information all relevant fees are payable to LIS.

Whilst the information supplied by LIS has been gathered and prepared with all reasonable care, no responsibility or liabilities are accepted by LIS for any errors or misstatements however caused. LIS is not responsible for the original gathering of the information and cannot warrant its accuracy. In particular, LIS will not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, including damages for loss of business or other profits, arising in relation to the information supplied either to the customer or to any third party.

The user is entitled to all the data on the system at the timing of entering this agreement, plus twelve months of updates, for one user. In that time frame, if the customer requests a particular centre or strip that is not on the database, then the customer will pay for this data at their cost. A separate schedule of charges applies for each State.

LIS does not warrant that we can obtain all leasing data in Australia, as certain States and properties do not register data.

Registration requires all subscribers to provide certain business and personal details. Although this information is mandatory, we want to protect the privacy of our individual users' data. None of the details provided will be passed onto third parties. The information given will be used solely to tailor our website services to the requirements of individual users. We may also use this information to send you details of LIS products and services which may be of interest to you, such as details of forthcoming research based presentations.

LIS collects your name and e-mail address only if you choose to provide this information via our e-mail contact facility. Your name and e-mail address are the only information automatically collected and retained if you use our e-mail contact facility.

The usage of this website is governed by and construed pursuant to the laws of New South Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of NSW.

Payment of the fee entitles the user to a non exclusive license to access the system.All Intellectual Property that is not in the public domain, or expressly excluded under the license, is and remains the property of LIS.
